Securus Serves Our Best Interest By Preventing Crime

It’s easy to say that we need to hold our government accountable. After all, we vote for the politicians who represent us. They need to act in our collective best interest. Global Tel-Link pulls in over $500 million per year charging our prisoners. Securus, Global Tel-Link’s biggest rival, also makes a lot of money.

Unfortunately, Global Tel-Link doesn’t treat our customers so well. They charge ridiculously high rates, provide poor call quality and keep a small customer service call center. It’s difficult to get through in order to resolve any issues. Fortunately, Securus is a whole different story.

Securus not only provides our vulnerable prisoners and their families with high-quality calls, they also charge reasonable prices and provide video chat services. They also keep the largest customer service call center in the industry. But it is how the company helps to prevent crimes that really puts them on the map.

Securus records all calls within a prison that they service. They then provide law enforcement with software that can search this giant recorded database for a particular voice. This can help law enforcement get out ahead of crime before it starts. After all, there’s no better evidence that crime is being planned than hearing those plans from the criminals themselves.

The telecommunications company serves our best interests. They allow prisoners to talk to their families more effectively which has been shown to reduce recidivism. They also help law enforcement officers prevent crime.
